Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the Good Luck N Life mobile application and related websites operated by Radcliff Design LLC, a North Carolina LLC doing business as Good Luck N Life. By creating an account, purchasing access, opting in to SMS, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Important: These Terms include binding arbitration and a class action waiver for most disputes.

The Service

Good Luck N Life is a personal life-task checklist app. You can maintain a My List, choose reminder frequencies, receive optional push and/or SMS reminders, and store document photos in an on-device vault. Full access is available through a paid one-year access fee or a valid access code.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13. Users 13–17 need a parent or guardian’s permission.

Paid access

Full access is $29.99 USD for one year, processed by Stripe, or by redeeming an access code. Sales are final except where refunds are required by law. Contact info@goodlucknlife.com about billing errors.

SMS program

SMS is optional and enabled only after you complete our SMS Reminder Sign-Up and check the consent box (never pre-checked). Messages are transactional task reminders, not marketing. Frequency varies by your settings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service unlawfully, abuse systems, misrepresent identity, or use SMS for spam.

Disclaimers

The Service is general life-organization tooling, not medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice, and is provided “as is.” Reminder delivery is not guaranteed.

Liability and disputes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the greater of amounts paid in the prior 12 months or $29.99. Most disputes are resolved by AAA consumer arbitration in North Carolina after a 30-day informal resolution period. Class actions are waived. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing info@goodlucknlife.com with subject “Arbitration Opt-Out.”
